Where do we start?
The first step is to find the ideal plot that fits your needs, for this it is important to keep in mind which area of the flat you want to locate. The zone that is currently urbanized and in which today can be built is the ESTE flat. In this sector the plots are closer to the center of the town and allow you to walk in less than 10 minutes.
The sector that is currently being urbanized is the flat WEST, in this area we find a very quiet residential area with an urban similarity to the main residential neighborhoods such as Vinyet and Terramar, there are plots with wonderful views of the church and the sea and next to a large natural park enabled for the use and enjoyment of the neighbors.
In the EAST zone, we find parcels of 500 and 600 square meters, in the WEST zone all approximately have about 600 square meters. Within the design of the plot there are two types; the plots with natural orientation to the south, and others facing north, the latter have the possibility of designing the house facing north, south, east or west.

1. Definition. This zone orders the buildings destined to the use of detached house, isolated and surrounded by private gardens, located in the northern part of the land that
